How to Delete a Version of A Document In MS Word XP
- From the File menu, click Versions.
- Under Existing versions, click the version to be deleted in the list box. To select multiple items, hold the CTRL key while selecting.
- Click Delete.
- In the Confirm Version Delete dialog box, click Yes.
- Click Close.
