How to Pause and Restart the Recording of a Macro in MS Word XP

1. To pause the recording of a macro, click the Pause Recording button on the Stop Recording toolbar.
2. Perform the actions that should not be recorded.
3. To resume recording, click the Resume Recording button on the Stop Recording toolbar.
