How to Add a Program Button in MS Excel XP

  1. Click View menu, choose Toolbars option, and then click Customize option.
  2. Choose the Commands tab.
  3. In the Categories field. select the category whose commands are to be displayed
  4. In the Commands field, select the preferred command and then drag it to the toolbar.
  5. Then, click the Close button.
