How to Save More Than One Toolbar Configuration in MS Excel XP

  1. Modify the built-in menus and toolbars as desired, and then display them.
  2. On the File menu, click Exit option.
  3. On your computer, find the Excel.xlb file.
  4. Rename the file, retaining the .xlb extension. Note: To use the saved configuration, open the renamed file. MS Excel XP creates a new Excel.xlb file upon quitting.
