How to Change the Order of Items in a Drop-Down List in MS Word XP
- Right-click the drop-down list control, and then select Properties in the shortcut menu.
- Select an item under the Items in drop-down list field and then click the up and down Move keys to move the item higher or lower in the list.
- Click OK.
