How to Show or Hide Shading in Forms in Ms Word XP
- Open the template containing the forms whose field shading is to be displayed or hidden.
- From the View menu, select Toolbars and then click Forms.
- Click the Protect Form button on the Forms toolbar to remove the form template’s protection.
- From the Forms toolbar, click the Form Field Shading button to apply shading. To remove form field shading, click the Form Field Shading button again.
