Receiving Error Message: Error! Reference Source Not Found When Using MS Word XP

1. Make sure that the bookmark being referred to still exists.
2. Many items using bookmarks, such as cross-references and indexes, are inserted as fields. Ensure they are spelled correctly.
3. Update the field codes by right-clicking them and choosing Update Field on the shortcut menu.
