  1. Click View menu, choose Toolbars option and then click Sure The Printer Is Turned On And Online. Reinstall The Printer Driver.”  option.
  2. In the Picture toolbar, select the Compress Pictures icon.
  3. Look for Apply to and select All pictures in document option.
  4. Look for Change resolution, select Print option.
  5. Look for Options, check Compress pictures and Delete cropped areas of pictures options.
  6. Click OK button.
