How to Convert a Shape into a Bitmap in Adobe Photoshop CS2

1. Go to the Image menu, click the Mode option, and then click Grayscale option

2. Go back to the Image menu, click the Mode option and then click Bitmap option.

3. Improve the images as desired and then click the OK button.
