How to Resize a Layer Effect in Adobe Photoshop CS2

1. Go to the Layer menu, click the Layer Style option, and then click Scale Effects option.

2. Use the slider to adjust the values as desired or directly enter the values in the boxes provided to resize the layer effect.
3. Click the OK button.
