How to Stop Automatic Ejecting Of A CD in MS Windows XP Professional
To stop automatic ejecting of a CD in MS Windows XP Professional:
- Go to the Windows Start menu and then select the option, My Computer.
- Right-click the CD recording drive and then click the Properties button.
- Choose the Recording tab and then clear Automatically eject the CD after writing check box.
- Click the OK button.
If you use third party software for CD burning like Nero or Roxio, you need to check the options in that program, since most CD burning application have their own control option for CD ejection.
