How to Edit Text in Print Preview in MS Word XP

  1. From the File menu, click Print Preview.
  2. Click the text to be edited to zoom in that area.
  3. Click the Magnifier button on the toolbar. The mouse pointer turns to a text cursor.
  4. Edit the text as desired.
  5. To return to the original magnification, click the Magnifier button again.
  6. Click Close.
