		<description>@raj - By Boot up Menu, do you mean the BIOS? If the CD ROM does not show up in the BIOS, then there is a problem with the cables or a conflict on the master-slave setting.
If it shows up in the BIOS, then it should also show up in the Windows device manager.
The next step is to check the Disk Management console that is part of the computer management console (right-click My Computer and select Manage).
If it shows there, you can check the drive letter assignment.</description>
