How To Change The Horizontal And Vertical Alignment Of Text In Cells In MS Excel XP

  1. Choose the cells whose alignment should be changed.
  2. Got to Format menu and then select Cells option.
  3. Click the Alignment tab.
  4. Look for Text alignment, click the down arrows of Horizontal and Vertical fields to select the desired alignment.
  5. Click the OK button.
