How to Switch Column and Row Data in MS Excel XP

  1. Choose the cells to be switched.
  2. Click Copy from the Edit menu.
  3. Position the cursor in the upper-left cell of the paste area.
  4. Click Paste Special from the Edit menu.
  5. Check the box Transpose option.
  6. Click the OK button.
