How To Retrieve Deleted Messages In MS Outlook XP

  1. Select the Deleted Items icon on the Outlook bar.
  2. Choose and right-click the message to be retrieved and then click Move to Folder.
  3. Under Move the selected items to the folder option, click the folder where the message should be retrieved.
  4. Click the OK button.
