To Specify Where New Messages Should Be Sent In MS Outlook XP:

  1. Click Tools menu, and then click E-mail Accounts option.
    2. Outlook change account seetings
  2. Click the option View or change existing e-mail accounts under E-mail and then click Next.
    3. E-mail delivery location for account in Outlook
  3. Click the down arrow of Deliver new e-mail to the following location to show list and then select the desired location.
  4. Click the Finish button.

Restart Outlook XP for the canges to take effect.
