How to Add a Bookmark in MS Word XP

  1. Select an item to be assigned a bookmark, or click anywhere to insert a bookmark.
  2. From the Insert menu, click Bookmark.
  3. In the Bookmark name box, type a name or select from the list box below.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Click Close.
