How to add or delete an item in a form’s drop-down list in MS Word XP

  1. Right-click the control, and then choose Properties in the shortcut menu.
  2. Under the Drop-down item field, type the list item to be added.
  3. Click Add.
  4. To remove a list item, select an item in the Items in drop-down list field, and then click Remove.
  5. Click OK.
