How to Create Multiple Web Pages From Multiple Existing Word Documents in MS Word XP

  1. From the File menu, click New.
  2. In the New Document task pane, click General Templates under New from template.
  3. Select the Other Documents tab, double-click on Batch Conversion Wizard, and then click Next.
  4. Choose Convert from Word to another format, click the down arrow in the drop-down list and select HTML Document and then click Next.
  5. Set the source folder and the destination folder, and then click Next.
  6. In the Type box, choose *.* and double click the documents in the list boxes to add or remove them from the batch conversion. Click Next.
  7. Click Finish.
