How to Insert a Drop-Down List in a Form in MS Word XP

  1. From the View menu, select Toolbars, and then click Forms.
  2. Place the cursor where the drop-down list should appear.
  3. Click the Drop-Down Form Field button in the Forms toolbar.
  4. To set the properties of the control, right-click the control, and then choose Properties in the shortcut menu.
  5. Type the drop-down items for the field and then click Add.
  6. Click OK.
